Mollie launched Windmiller Design Group in 2008 and Artful Living Magazine was her first client. As the Creative Director for the magazine she curated the style & the elevated presence as a local publication since its inception in 2008 through 2016.

Mollie took her design talents and her love for creating, connecting and collaborating in the Twin Cities and launched LAB in 2014 and LAB for Business in 2016 with co-founder Jessica Moriarty. LAB offers creative workshops, brand experiences & business workshops.
